[1] Present Mr. DB. Goswami, learned counsel along with Mr. Manikanta Sharma, learned counsel on behalf of the petitioners, Mr. W. Darakishwor, learned special PP and Mr. Kh. Samarjit, learned G.A. for the State respondent.

[2] This cases were fixed on 27.12.2023 for pronouncement of order. Since some clarifications were required, the order could not be pronounced on that day. However, inadvertently it was shown in the website as disposed of cases even though no judgment was uploaded. [3] Accordingly, these cases are listed today for clarification on some points.

[4] Heard Mr. DB. Goswami, learned counsel for the petitioner and concludes his submission.

[5] List on 26.04.2024 for the submission of CBI and for the State respondent.

[6] Furnish a copy of this order to the learned counsel appearing for all the parties during the course of the day.
