02-11-2023 Ms. Rinika Maibam, learned counsel appeared for the respondent No. 1 and Mr. L. Rajesh, learned counsel appeared for the respondents No. 2 and 3.

The counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that they have preferred an appeal against the judgment passed by this court and accordingly, a prayer has been made for taking up this matter after two weeks.

Ms. W. Geetarani, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are yet to receive any notice. The learned counsel also seeks some time to verify as to whether the appeal has been filed or not.

As prayed for by the counsel appearing for the parties, list this case again on 04-12-2023.
