M. Gunadhor, learned counsel appearing for the respondents placed

before this Court a letter dated 06-12-2022 from the Secretary,

Education (S) Department, Government of Manipur requesting the

Secretary, Board of Secondary Education, Manipur (BOSEM) to take

necessary action to comply with the direction given by this Court in the

impugned judgment and order.

In view of the said letter, Mr. I. Lalitkumar, learned senior

counsel assisted by Mr. N. Khelemba, learned counsel appearing for

the appellant seeks sometime to verify and get necessary instruction

from the authorities.

As prayed for by the learned senior counsel appearing for
