[1] Heard Mr. P. Ibomcha Singh, learned counsel for the

appellants.

[2] The second appeal is filed against the judgment and

order dated 23.02.2023 passed by the District Judge, Imphal East in

RFA No. 2 of 2020 arising out of O.S. No. 17 of 2009/767 of 2013

passed by the Ld. Civil Judge (Senior Division), Imphal East.

[3]             Issue notice.
