B E F O R E HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE AHANTHEM BIMOL SINGH 12-01-2023 Mr. N. Surendrajit, learned counsel appeared for the petitioner. Mr. A. Vashum, learned GA appearing for the respondents submitted that the authorities are re-examining whether the present petitioner is similarly situated with those persons on whose favour this court has already passed the judgment and order granting similar relief as sought for by the petitioner in the present writ petition.
