the petitioner submitted that the issue raised in the present writ petition

is squarely covered by the judgment and order dated 11-10-2022

passed in WP(C)No. 721 of 2020 and that the present writ petition can

be disposed of by granting similar relief.

Mr. Th. Sukumar, learned GA appearing for the

respondents seeks two weeks' time for examining the said judgment

and order furnished by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
