learned counsel representing Mr. S. Jasobanta, learned counsel appearing for
the respondents seeks three weeks further time for filing their respective
counter affidavit.
Mr. Ch. Robinchandra, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner
submitted that the issue involved in the present writ petition is squarely
covered by judgment and order passed by the Division Bench of this Court
and the matter can be disposed of.
As the learned counsel appearing for the respondents prayed for
some time for filing counter affidavit, three weeks further time is granted for
filing the counter affidavit.
