After hearing the submissions advanced by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, we are inclined to admit the present writ appeals for hearing. Accordingly, all the writ appeals are admitted for final hearing.

Registry is directed to list these batches of cases for final hearing on 25-05-2023. In the meantime, the direction given by the learned Single Judge at para 134 (clause (iv), (v) and (vi)) of the impugned judgment and order shall not be given effect to.
