21.11.2022 Mr. S. Rajeetchandra, learned counsel appeared for the petitioner and Mr. H. Samarjit, learned GA appeared for the respondents.

Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the issue raised in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the Judgment and Order rendered by the Apex Court in "Vijay Shankar Pandey Vs. Union of India and Anr" reported in (2014) 10 SCC 589 and that the present writ petition can be disposed of in terms of the order dated 16-02-2021 passed in WP(C) No. 109 of 2021.

Mr. H. Samarjit, learned GA seeks one week's time to examine and verify the claim made by the petitioner.

As prayed for, list this case again on 19th December, 2022.
