Heard Mr. M. Hemchandra, learned senior counsel assisted by Ms.

Rinika Maibam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

Issue notice, returnable within four weeks.

Mr. A. Vashum, learned Government Advocate entered appearance

and accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, hence, no formal notice is

called for.

The learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted

that the issue raised in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the

judgment and order dated 22.11.2021 passed by this Court in WP(C) No. 73

of 2019 and WP(C) No. 26 of 2018 and that the present writ petition can be

disposed of by granting similar reliefs.

Mr. A. Vashum, learned Government Advocate appearing for the

respondents submitted that he needs to examine and verify the claim of the

petitioner.

As prayed for, list this case again on 20.12.2022.
