Issue notice, returnable within 3 (three) weeks. Mr. H. Samarjit, learned G.A. accepts notice on behalf of all the respondents, hence no formal notice is called for.
It has been submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the issue raised in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the judgment and order dated 17.12.2018 passed by this Court in WP(C) No. 738 of 2017 and that the present writ petition can be disposed of by granting similar reliefs.
Mr. H. Samarjit, learned G.A., seeks 3 (three) weeks' time to examine the contention of the counsel for the petitioner and to get necessary instructions.
