[1] Heard Mr. L. Raju, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Y.

Ashang, learned Government Advocate for the State respondents.

[2] Mr. L. Raju, learned counsel for the petitioner represented that this

writ petition is covered with judgment passed by Division Bench of this

Court in WA No.27 of 2010 which is enclosed in A/8 in this writ petition

whereas Mr. Y. Ashang, learned Government Advocate seeks time to go

through the judgment and to get instruction from the authority and report

this Court.

[3] Anyhow, post this matter on 23.05.2022.

[4] Mr. Y. Ashang, learned GA for the State respondents is directed to

verify the order of writ appeal and report this Court on the next hearing. [5] Registry is directed to delete the name of Mr. Sukumar, learned
