[1] Heard Mr. HS. Paonam, learned senior counsel for the petitioners

and Mr. Y. Ashang, learned Government Advocate for the State

respondents.

[2] Mr. HS. Paonam, learned senior counsel for the petitioners

represented that the respondents have filed counter affidavit and this

matter is squarely covered with the judgment of this Court in W.P.(C)

No.279 of 2022, W.P. (C) No.247 of 2021, W.P. (C) No.280 of 2021 and

W.P. (C) No.464 of 2021 dated 12.04.2022. Therefore, Mr. HS. Paonam,

learned senior counsel for the petitioner has furnished a copy of the

judgment in W.P. (C) No. 279 of 2021 to Mr. Y. Ashang, learned

Government Advocate for the State respondents and Mr. Y. Ashang,

learned GA has received the same and Mr. Y. Ashang, learned GA seeks

time to go through the judgment and report before this Court.
