applicant/appellant, and seeks time to file a tracking report in proof of service

of the notice upon respondent No. 2.

Mr. T. Rajendra, learned counsel, appears for respondent No. 1 and

states that the judgment which is the subject matter of this 2nd appeal is also

the subject matter of Review Petition No. 1 of 2018 filed by his client before

the Ld. District Judge, Thoubal. He further states that the said review petition

is coming up for hearing tomorrow.
