Mr. S. Samarjeet, learned Sr. PCCG, appearing for the Union of India,

seeks time to file an affidavit in terms of the earlier order dated 26.04.2022. He

states that he received instructions in that regard and seeks time to go through

the judgment of a Division Bench of this Court, referred to by the learned Judge

in the judgment under appeal, and take appropriate instructions in that context,

so that the affidavit to be filed would also address that issue.
