B E F O R E HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE AHANTHEM BIMOL SINGH 25-02-2022 Heard Mr. Kh. Tarunkumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. H. Samarjit, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

On the last occasion, when this matter was taken up on 18-02-2022, this court directed Mr. H. Samarjit, learned Government Advocate to examine as to whether the present writ petition is squarely covered by the judgment and order dated 15-11-2021 passed by this court in WP(C) No. 730 of 2018.

When the matter is taken up today, Mr. H. Samarjit, learned Government Advocate fairly submitted that on perusal of the judgment and order dated 15-11-2021 passed by this court in WP(C) No. 730 of 2018 and the record of the present writ petition, it is ascertained that the present writ petition is squarely covered by the aforesaid judgment and order.

In view of the submissions made above, the present writ petition is disposed of with the direction that the present writ petitioner should be entitled to the reliefs and the benefits as are given to those petitioners by this court in the judgment and order dated 15-11-2021 passed in WP(C) No. 730 of 2018.

With the aforesaid directions, the present writ petition is disposed of.
