Heard Mr. A. Romenkumar, learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Mr. Bheigya Meitei, learned counsel junior to Mr. Lenin Hijam, learned Addl. A.G. for the respondents.

This Court by common Judgment and Order dated 22.11.2021 disposed of WP(C) No. 73 of 2019 and WP(C) No. 26 of 2018.

As regards WP(C) No. 26 of 2018, the name appearing in the Judgment and Order dated 22.11.2021 is recorded as Laipubam Ushakira Devi. By this application, the applicant is before this Court praying for correction of the typographical error that has occurred while recording her name in WP(C) No. 26 of 2018.

On consideration of the main writ petition being WP(C) No. 26 of 2018, this Court is of the considered opinion that a typographical error has crept into the cause title inasmuch as the same should read as Laipubam Ushakiran Devi and not as Laipubam Ushakira Devi.

Accordingly, the cause title of WP(C) No. 26 of 2018 appearing in the Judgement and Order dated 22.11.2021 is corrected as under:

"Laipubam Ushakiran Devi , B.Sc. aged about 57 years D/o of late L. Brajamani Sharma of Chingamathak Yumnam Leikai, Science Graduate Teacher of Sorbung Junior High School, P.O. & P.S. Imphal, District Imphal West, Pin - 795001."

Misc. Case is accordingly disposed of.
