[1] This Court, vide its common judgment and order dated 19-02-2021

disposed of as many as 4(four) writ petitions being WP(C) No. 606 of

2020; WP(C) No. 607 of 2020; WP(C) No. 630 of 2020; WP(C) No. 685 of

2020 and WP(C) No. 31 of 2021.

[2] Being aggrieved by the said common judgment and order, the

applicants in MC(Review Pet.) No.8 of 2021 filed a common review petition

being Review Pet. No.4 of 2021 against it pertaining to the portion of the

judgment of WP(C) No. 685 of 2020 and WP(C) No.31 of 2021. In fact, it

was a mistake on the part of the High Court which ought to have informed

the counsel for the review petitioner to file two separate review petitions.

[3] At the time of consideration of the said review petition, this Court

permitted the review petitioner to file a fresh cause title confining to the

said two writ petitions and accordingly, MC(Review Pet.) No.6 of 2021 was

filed wherein the respondents in respect of the said two writ petitions were

merged for the reason that the system in the High Court did not permit to

register two numbers of the common review petition.

 [4]        While disposing of the review petitions vide judgment and order

dated 06-09-2021, this Court had shown the cause title as mentioned in

the said two writ petitions separately. Accordingly, this application being

MC(Review Pet.) No.8 of 2021 has been filed praying for rectification of the

error that has craved in the cause title mentioned in the judgment and

order dated 06-09-2021.Normally, if the review petitions are filed in respect

of a common judgment and order arising out of the two or more writ

petitions, two numbers of the review petitions ought to have been given

with court fee being paid for them but since the system does not permit

registration of two numbers of the common review petition, the said error

has craved in the judgment and order dated 06-09-2021.

[5] This application being MC(Review Pet.) No.8 of 2021 has been filed

praying for rectification of the said error to which learned counsels

appearing for the respondents have no objection to the said application

being allowed and accordingly, the application stands allowed with the

direction that the cause title of the review petition as given below shall be

incorporated in the judgment and order dated 06-09-2021 in place of the

cause title as shown therein :-
