                PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS Act,
                to direct the Sessions Judge,(FAC), Special Court for Trial of Cases registered
                under SC/ST (POA) Act, Thanjavur, to consider the petitioner bail application
                on the same day of surrender in Crime No.88 of 2026 dated 17.03.2026 on the
                file of the second respondent police.

                                                         ORDER

                           The present petition has been filed by the sole accused in crime No.88 of

                2026 on the file of the second respondent police seeking a direction as against

                the trial Court to consider the bail application on the same day of surrender.

                          2. Considering the averments in the petition, there shall be a direction to

                the learned Sessions Judge (FAC), Special Court for trial of cases under SC/ST

                (POA) Act, Thanjavur, to consider the bail application of the petitioner on the

                same day of surrender in crime No.88 of 2026 on the file of the second

                respondent police after giving due opportunity to the defacto complainant.

                          3. With the above said observations, this Criminal Original Petition

                stands allowed.
