                     PRAYER:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of
                     India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarifed Mandamus, to call for the records
                     on the file of the 2nd respondent in connection with the impugned
                     rejection order passed vide his proceedings No.RDOSKL/2982/2025-A4
                     dated 09.02.2026 and quash the same as illegal and arbitrary and
                     consequently direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's appeal
                     dated 16.02.2026 and direct the respondents to consider her Hindu
                     Devendira Kula Velalar and issue the scheduled caste community
                     certificate based on Tamil Nadu Gazette notification No.8 dated
                     26.02.2025 and relevant documents within the time limit that may be
                     stipulated by this Court.
