COMMON ORDER
The petitioner seeks for a limited relief. The petitioner seeks for early
disposal of second appeal dated 07.07.2025 pending on the file of the first
respondent.
2. Mr.C.Vigneswaran, learned standing counsel, accepts notice on behalf
of the first respondent; and Mr.M.Shahjahan, learned Special Government
Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 2 to 6.

3. No prejudice will be caused to the first respondent if the petitioner’s
second appeal dated 07.07.2025 is considered on merits and in accordance with
law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. Accordingly, these writ
petitions are disposed of by directing the first respondent to dispose of the
petitioner’s second appeal dated 07.07.2025, on merits and in accordance with
law, by adhering to the principles of natural justice, within a period of four
months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Court is not
expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner’s second appeal dated
07.07.2025. No Costs.
