                Prayer : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India
                praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent herein to
                receive the application of the petitioner dated 01.12.2025 in Form CCPA along
                with the prescribed fee through online for the grant of Auto Rickshaw Permit to
                operate the vehicle within radius of 30 kilometers distance from Salem Town
                Old Bus Stand, Salem, Salem District and to consider the same and to pass
                orders in accordance with law.

                                                          ORDER

Both counsel for the petitioner as well as Additional Government Pleader

for the respondent agreed that the issue presented in this case is covered by two

judgments of this Court. One by the Hon'ble Mr.Justice N.Anand Venkatesh in

W.P.No.12531 of 2020 dated 06.10.2020 and that of the Hon'ble Mrs. Justice

N.Mala in W.P.No.19910 of 2025 dated 05.06.2025. Following the said

judgment, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to

receive the petitioner's application dated 01.12.2025, in Form CCPA along with

the prescribed fee through online, for the grant of an Auto Rickshaw Permit to

operate the vehicle within a radius of 30 kilometers distance from Salem Town

Old Bus Stand, Salem, Salem District, and pass appropriate orders on merits

and in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks, from the date of

receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
