                                                             JUDGMENT

The learned counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that since

the appellant had undergone the period of sentence, nothing survives for

adjudication and hence, he seeks permission to withdraw the appeal. He has

also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing

for the appellant, the Criminal Appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
