Prayer : Writ Appeal under Clause XV of the Letters Patent to set aside the order dated 25.03.2024 made in WP No. 8069 of 2024 and allow this WA and thus render justice.

                              For Appellants : Mr.R.Neethi Perumal
                                                              Government Advocate

                              For Respondents : Ms.K.Jenitha

                                                    Judgment

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by R.Suresh Kumar J.)

In order to get accommodation in the regular cadre post of Forest Watcher by

giving regularization with respect to height and age, the writ petitioners had

requested the appellant Department, which was not considered. Therefore, they

approached the Writ Court by filing the said writ petition in W.P.8069 of 2024, which

came to be allowed by the impugned order dated 25.03.2024, against which the

present intra Court appeal has been preferred.

2. It is brought to our notice that the very same issue has already been

considered in number of cases and those cases have been taken into account by the

learned Judge in the very impugned order itself. One similar writ appeal had come

up before a Division Bench, of which one of us (R.Suresh Kumar, J.) was a party in

W.A.No.3474 of 2025 arising out of W.P.No.7714 of 2024 dated 21.03.2024 and the

said writ appeal also was dismissed, directing the appellants therein to comply the

order passed by the Writ Court.

3. Therefore, the issue raised in the present intra Court appeal is squarely

covered by more than one decision and the latest one is dated 04.12.2025 made in

W.A.No.3474 of 2025 in the matter of “The State Of Tamilnadu Rep. By Its Secretary

To Governemnt, Environment, Climate Change And Forest Department and Another

-vs- M.Rajagopal and Others”.

4. In view of the same, the present writ appeal also is liable to be dismissed

and accordingly it is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous

petition is closed.

5. After dictating the order, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent

would submit that the order impugned has already been complied with. The said

submission is taken on record.
