(Judgment of the Court was delivered by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.)

This intra-Court appeal has been directed against the order dated

19.11.2025 made in W.P.No.28915 of 2024.

2. In fact the said writ petition was filed by the two writ petitioners,

namely, M.Dineshkumar and T.Sathish Kumar. Aggrieved over the order dated

19.11.2025, one of the writ petitioners, namely, T.Sathish Kumar filed

intra-Court appeal in W.A.No.3865 of 2025 which came to be dismissed, by our

order dated 05.01.2026, where we have given our reasons for such dismissal.

The other writ petitioner, namely, M.Dineshkumar is the present appellant who

has filed the instant appeal. Naturally, this appeal has to face the same fate as

that of W.A.No.3865 of 2025. Therefore, we, by following the judgment passed

in W.A.No.3865 of 2025 dated 05.01.2026, are inclined to dismiss this writ

appeal, accordingly, this Writ Appeal is dismissed. However, there shall be no

order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
