                                                           JUDGMENT

[Judgment of the Court was made by DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN, J.]

When the batch of LPAs were taken up for hearing, learned

Additional Advocate General appearing for the appellant would submit that

the present L.P.A.(MD)No.13 of 2025 is not pressed and seeks leave of this

Court to withdraw the same. He has also made an endorsement to that

effect in the court bundle.

2.Accordingly, this Letters Patent Appeal stands dismissed as

withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the

connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
