at Bhavani by allowing this Appeal before this Hon’ble Court and thus render
justice.

To stay the execution of the judgment and decree dated 29.08.2025 made
in OS.No.22 of 2017 on the file of the Ld. Fourth Additional District Court,
Erode District at Bhavani pending disposal of this Appeal Suit before this
Hon’ble Court.

ORDER
The petitioners stated that the 1 st and 2nd respondent herein executed a
release deed in favour of the petitioners by receiving Rs.3,00,000/- each. The
petitioners further stated that, similarly the defendants 4 to 10 orally
relinquished their rights by receiving Rs.3,00,000/-. The petitioners further
stated that since the validity of the release deed is the subject matter of the
appeal, if the 1st respondent executes the decree then great and irreparable loss
would be caused to the petitioners. The petitioners therefore prayed for an
interim stay of the execution of the judgment and decree dated 29.08.2025 in
O.S.No.22 of 2017.
2. I find a prima facie case is made out and hence, there shall be an order
of interim stay till 02.06.2026.
3. Notice to the respondents returnable by 02.06.2026. Private notice is
also permitted.
Post the matter on 02.06.2026.
