PRAYER: This Review Application has been filed under Order 47 Rule 1 read
with Section 114 of the Code of Civil Procedure praying to review the order
dated 06.03.2025 passed in W.M.P.No.2958 of 2025 in W.P.No.2646 of 2025.

JUDGMENT
(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.)
The present Rreview Application has been filed to review the order of
this Court dated 06.03.2025 passed in W.M.P.No.2958 of 2025 in W.P.No.2646
of 2025.
2. This Court passed a common order in respect of W.P.No.38971 of
2024 and W.P.No.2646 of 2025. As far as the W.P.No.2646 of 2025 is
concerned, it was filed by eleven writ petitioners. Therefore, W.M.P.No.2958
of 2025 has been filed along with the Writ Petition seeking permission to file a
single Writ Petition on behalf of the petitioners. While hearing the
W.P.No.38971 of 2024, Mr.N.Subramaniman, learned counsel for the
petitioners sought for permission to withdraw W.P.No.2646 of 2025, which was
not listed on 06.03.2025.
3. This Court has granted permission for withdrawal of the Writ Petition.
However, while ordering W.M.P.No.2958 of 2025 seeking permission to file a

single Writ Petition, this Court in exercise of its discretion ordered the petition
subject to payment of Court fee individually within a period of two weeks.
4. The present Review application is filed only against the said portion of
the order, which in the opinion of this Court is not considered as error apparent
and it does not warrants interference. Accordingly, this Review Application
stands dismissed. Two weeks time is granted for payment of separate Court
fee as ordered by this Court in W.M.P.No.2958 of 2025 dated 06.03.2025. No
costs.
