                                                            JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by C.V.Karthikeyan, J.)

The issues raised in the Appeal Suit had been settled in the

National Lok Adalat on 13.09.2025 held by the High Court Legal

Services Committee at Madurai Bench. The award had been forwarded

to this Court.

2. In view of the same, the Appeal Suit is dismissed as settled

before the National Lok Adalat. The appellant is entitled for refund of

Court fee under Section 69-A of the Tamil Nadu Court Fees and Suit

Valuation Act, 1955. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently,

connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
