petitioner from surrendering before the trial Court.

2. In view of the order passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.17155 of

2025 dated 15.09.2025, granting suspension of sentence, no further order is

necessary in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous

Petition stands closed.
