This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to exempt the

petitioner from surrendering before the trial Court.

2. In view of the order passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.8877 of

2025 dated 15.09.2025, granting suspension of sentence, no further order is

necessary in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition

stands closed.
