                Post, Thirumayam Taluk, Pudukkottai District and maintained Civil Court
                Judgment in O.S.No.43 of 2014.

                                                       ORDER

                          By this writ petition, the petitioner seeks to restrain the conduct of the

                survey in respect of S.Nos.428/15, 429/22.

                          2.Learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the

                respondents 1 to 3. He submits that such survey was conducted in the presence

                of the petitioner who has signed the report. In view there of, this writ petition

                has been rendered infructuous and is dismissed without any order as to costs.
