                                                         ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the charge sheet filed by the

first respondent in C.C.No.79 of 2019 on the file of the learned Judicial

Magistrate, Thirumayam, Pudukottai.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional

Public Prosecutor for the first respondent submit that pursuant to the trial,

the petitioner has been acquitted by a judgment dated 22.08.2025.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this

Criminal Original Petition. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is

closed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also

closed.
