The appellant seeks benefit under the New Amnesty Scheme, 2025,

which was introduced on 24.07.2025, apparently after the order that was

passed by the learned Single Judge, in W.P.No.18180 of 2021 dated

16.06.2025.

2.Being unable to canvass this ground before the learned Single

Judge, it would not be desirable to take up the appeal on a new ground

which was not canvassed before the learned Single Judge. Hence, the

Writ Appeal stands closed with liberty to the appellant to file a Review

Application before the Writ Court, within a period of one (1) month,
