                These Civil Revision Petitions are filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of
                India to set aside the order and decreetal order passed in I.A.Nos. 2 and 3 of
                2022 in O.S.No. 5479 of 2018, respectively, dated 14.10.2022 on the file of the
                VIII Assistant City Civil Court at Chennai.

                                                             ORDER

Ms.V. Sandhya Raja, representing M/s.A.Madhumathi, learned counsel

on record for the revision petitioner submits that the suit in O.S.No. 5479 of

2018 on the file of the learned VIII Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai,

was dismissed as not pressed, vide judgment dated 07.03.2025. Hence, the

prayer sought for in these revision petitions have become infructuous. Further,

she submits that the petitioner passed away on 04.10.2024. In that effect, the

learned counsel for the revision petitioner has filed a copy of the judgment

passed in O.S.No.5479 of 2018 and death certificate of the petitioner.

2. In view of the above, this Court is inclined to dismiss these revision

petitions. Accordingly, these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as

infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Civil

Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
