IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT MADRAS

                                                  DATED: 20.11.2025

            S.Arunprasad ... Respondent

Prayer : Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India
praying to direct the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Madhavaram /
Rent Court to deliver the fair and decreetal order dated 02.08.2025 in RLTOP
No.1/2023 within a time frame stipulated by this Hon’ble Court and issue the same to
            the petitioner.

                      For Petitioner : Mr.K.Sivasubramanian
For Respondent : Not ready notice regarding respondent

                                                          ORDER

Though this Court called for report from the District Munsif – cum - Judicial

Magistrate Court, Madhavaram which is the designated Rent Court regarding non

uploading of the order passed in RLTOP. No.1 of 2023 on 02.08.2025, the learned

counsel for the petitioner would bring to my notice that pending the above revision, the

order has been uploaded, however, it is totally contrary to the provisions of the

enactment and also incorporated provisions which are not even the subject matter of

the dispute or germane to the issue for consideration. However, the scope of the

revision was only to seek a direction to upload the judgment in RLTOP No.1 of 2023.

Admittedly, as on date, the judgment has been uploaded. If the petitioner has any

grievance, it is for the petitioner to work out his remedy before the Rent Tribunal.

With the above observation, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No

costs.
