                                                     JUDGMENT

This appeal is filed against the judgment of the learned Metropolitan

Magistrate, Fast Track Court-I, Egmore, Allikulam, Chennai, dated 27.02.2020,

made in C.C.No. 4600 of 2016, in and by which, the respondent was acquitted

of an offence under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.

2. When the matter came up for hearing on 23.10.2025, there was no

representation on behalf of both sides and the matter was directed to be posted

on 04.11.2025. Again, on 04.11.2025, when the matter was listed, there was

representation on behalf both sides and hence, the matter is posted today i.e. on

06.11.2025. Even today also, there is no representation for both sides. Since the

appellant is continuously absent, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
