payment of balance amount of Rs.8,50,000/- is acknowledged by the respondent and

recorded.

2. Since the parties have arrived at a Memorandum of Understanding and

effected the terms of agreement, this Appeal Suit is dismissed, as settled out of Court.

No costs. Consequently, the connected C.M.P.No.29001 of 2024 is closed.

3. In view of the settlement of the matter out of Court, Court Fee shall be

refunded to the appellant, as per rules.
