JUDGMENT
(Order of the Court was delivered by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.)
This intra-court appeal is directed against the order dated
26.04.2022 made in W.P.(MD)No.8140 of 2022.
2. One Durairasu filed the said writ petition challenging the
refusal check slip issued by the registering authority, that is the
fourth appellant herein. The refusal check slip was quashed by the
learned single Judge only on the ground of violation of principles of
natural justice. The matter was remitted to the file of the registering
authority so that the registering authority can pass a fresh order on
merits and in accordance with law after affording a fair hearing to the
writ petitioner as well as the other necessary parties. Such an order
is not at all adverse to the interests of the appellants herein.
Therefore, we do not find any ground to interfere.

3. It is also reported that pursuant to the direction given by the
learned single Judge, enquiry was conducted and the document was
registered and also released. Nothing survives for further
adjudication. This writ appeal is closed. No costs. Consequently,
connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
