                                                        JUDGMENT

(Order of the Court was delivered by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.)

The respondent herein filed W.P.(MD)No.11639 of 2022 and

the writ petition was allowed on 12.08.2022 and the learned single

directed the administration to permit the writ petitioner to retire

from service. Challenging the same, this writ appeal came to be filed.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel on either side that

during the intervening period, the charges against the writ petitioner

were dropped vide G.O.(2D)No.308 Revenue and Disaster

Management Department dated 19.09.2023. The writ petitioner has

been allowed to retire. Therefore, nothing survives for further

adjudication. This writ appeal is closed. No costs. Consequently,

connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
