                                                      JUDGMENT

Ms.M.A.Mumtaj Surya, learned Counsel for the appellant and

Mr.P.J.Rishikesh, learned Counsel for the respondent are before this Court.

2.Both the learned Counsels submitted that this matter may be referred to

Mediation for amicable settlement.

3.In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to refer this matter for Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court of Madras, Chennai-600 104.

4.Hence, both the appellant as well as the respondent are directed to appear before the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras, on 16.07.2025 at 10.30 a.m. without fail.
