This matter had come up for hearing on 21.07.2025 when the

petitioner was called absent. Hence, it was directed to be listed today

under the caption 'for dismissal', when also, there is no response by the

petitioner/appellant or any one on his behalf. Hence this Writ Appeal is

dismissed for non-prosecution at SR stage itself so also the connected

miscellaneous petitions. No costs.
