24.01.2025. Pursuant to the same, Mr.B.Arvind Srevatsa has filed a

I do not find anything illegal or irregular in the same.
3. Pending the revisions, I had directed the civil revision petitioners
to deposit a sum of Rs.16,67,311/-. The respondent will be entitled to
withdraw the said amount by filing an appropriate application before the
learned IX Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai. The civil revision
petitioners/judgment debtors tendered no objection for withdrawal of the
same.

4. The memorandum of settlement dated 24.01.2025 as well as the
memo dated 27.01.2025 are recorded and the same shall form part of this

costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
