                                                             JUDGMENT

[Judgment of the Court was delivered by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.]

The writ petitioner is the appellant before this Court. The Writ Petition

was filed, seeking for a direction to the 1st respondent to conduct an enquiry based

on the representation dated 07.08.2025 by following the provisions of the

bye-law of the Tamil Nadu Government Official's Union.

2.The very nature of the relief is not maintainable under Article 226 of

Constitution of India. It is an inter-se dispute among the Tamil Nadu Official's

Union Members.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the appellant would submit that

there was an election dispute.

4.All such disputes are to be resolved by approaching the competent

civil Court of law. Thus, the Writ Court is right in dismissing the Writ Petition.

The Writ Petition, against the internal dispute in an association, which is a

registered society, is not maintainable. Thus, this Writ Appeal stands dismissed.
