Mr.J.Ravindran, learned Additional Advocate General appears for the
appellants.
2. The issue raised is covered by the judgment in W.A.No.618 of 2025
dated 10.03.2025, wherein, we have upheld the very same order made by the
learned Judge on 18.03.2024. In view of the same these appeals are dismissed.
Time for compliance with the orders of the learned Single Judge is extended by
eight (8) weeks from today. No costs. Consequently, the connected
miscellaneous petitions are closed.
