withdraw this Writ Appeal and she has also made the following

2. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned

counsel for the appellant, this Writ Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected

miscellaneous petition is closed.
