                                                       JUDGMENT

This Second Appeal has been filed to set aside the judgment and

decree dated 26.02.2021 made in A.S.No.39 of 2014 on the file of the

learned Principal Sub Judge, Ponneri, confirming the judgment and

decree dated 13.07.2012 made in O.S.No.300 of 2007 on the file of the

District Munsif, Thiruvottiyur.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel

for the appellants submitted that the parties had settled the matter out of

Court. Hence, this Second Appeal may be dismissed as not pressed. He

has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the above submission and the endorsement made by

the learned counsel for the appellants, this Second Appeal is dismissed as

not pressed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions

are closed.
