and final payment towards agreed decretal amount to the learned Official

Assignee, High Court, Madras. The learned Official Assignee

acknowledged the receipt of Rs.25,45,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Lakhs

Forty Five Thousand only) in total. Hence, the decree to the full

satisfaction is hereby recorded and Execution Petition is accordingly

closed. Consequently application in A.No.5895 of 2023 is disposed of.
