Learned Counsel appearing for the appellants seeks to withdraw the

writ appeals with liberty to approach before the Labour Court and the

learned counsel has made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the appellant

and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the appellant to that

effect, the writ appeals stand dismissed as withdrawn. As observed by the

writ court, it is open to the appellants to approach before the Labour Court

seeking their remedy. There will no order as to costs. Consequently, WMP
