Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side.

2.The learned counsel appearing on either side submits that

the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and they

have also filed a joint compromise memo dated 30.10.2024. The joint

compromise memo is found to be signed by both the parties along with

the counsel on record and a scanned reproduction of the same is as
